        WHY ARE IRAQIS UNHAPPY WITH FOREIGN OCCUPATION?
Does the above question beg for an answer?  Really...no, unless you are a politician - Bush Jr., in particular.

Picture alien troop-movements, rumbling through your own town or village, sheparded by foreign  mercenaries, armed to
the teeth, with loaded automatic weapons at the ready?  Military helicopters, buzzing your goat-herd?  And hand-picked
"leaders" sitting in a building, secretly mapping out your future with the "assistance" of aliens, who don't even ascribe to
the same religion that you do?  Would you be happy with the prospect that thousands of them will be "in country" for an
indefinite period?

Sure, these mercenaries "allow" you to keep an AK-47 in the house, and even allow one fully-loaded clip of ammunition!
[Something , politicians in their own country are trying to "ban!"].  But just try waving it in front of your house, and you
might as well get ready for a family funeral, after the hail of military bullets stop.

The aliens' propaganda mills are churning out "messages to the people" night and day, telling you how they are your
"friends" and only want to "help" you?  Of course the bombed-out houses in your village seem to contradict that line of
reasoning. And the regular house-to-house- searches for "insurgents" do upset the family dog and cat.  Soldiers,
pointing loaded weapons in your face, just don't seem very "friendly" to you at all!  And you are always stuck with trying
to calm your hysterical wife, after the soldiers leave!

You may be glad to be rid of a terrible man, who didn't follow your constitution.  The one you have had in place since
1925. But, you question why aliens, with their surrogates are secretly drawing up a "new" constitution. One you haven't
even seen, and may not  see for some time to come.  Assuming that you are in the population half that is literate. A
50-50 chance!

You are a member of the local militia, whose leaders are fanning out ...garnering support from ethnic groups, you hate,
but, due to  their perceiving the occupying foreign mercenaries as "the enemy," those ancient hatreds are -for the
moment, anyway - being put aside, as counter-insurgency measures are being drawn up with other groups.  And plans
to attack and drive these "infidels" from Iraq's borders are the first order of "business."  Why wouldn't they be?

It's taken a year or so, to get organized, and the initial invasion created much chaos, and wreaked havoc on the limited
4th-world utilities, available to you and your family under the prior regime. But organization is gaining ground, and there
are contacts outside Iraq's borders with sympathesizers, who are offering to send men and munitions, to assist your
efforts to free your country from these alien soldiers and their bureaucrats, who want to "democratize" you?  The British
unsuccessfully tried to do that the last century, during WWI, and it didn't work then , either.  You wound up with Saddam
Hussein!

Iraq is divided up into three parts, [much like Gaul was, in Roman times!] and these ethnic clans - who share a common
religion and hatred for "infidels," bitterly oppose being ordered about by someone of a different class!  Woudn't you?  
Pooy on "diversity" - heard so often by these alien politicians - who fail to understand simple facts of life: Some people
you like and there are some people you don't like! The reasons are immaterial, and attempting to quantify and
categorize things you cannot  legally hate into "laws" are patently absurd.  But, try to tell the aliens that!

You have heard of the "twenty-four-year" war, fought and lost in Viet-Nam by these alien mercenaries.  And how they
were finally driven from that country in disgrace. Now that seems a worthy goal - and a truly achievable one - to you and
your family and friends.  The trick is to engage force with un-relenting force, in small mobile groups, who "hit and run"
and create hugh losses in money , men and materials for the occupiers. The  alien people,  who are taxed to support
these  invaders, are going to rebel concerning the waste, and irrational "goal" being imposed upon Iraq by force of
arms. How do you know?  It's happened before. One cannot believe it will take twenty-four years, before this occurs, this
time.

In any event, no one can be happy when their own country is occupied by foreign troops, indefinitely.  Could you expect
for them to be?  Would you be?  For whatever the stated reason may be, no justification is possible. And to say that
such occupation is "helping" you be "free," insults the intelligence of the lead goat in your herd!

              AN OPEN LETTER TO CONGRESS:
HONORABLE SIR;

The disgrace, that is the "Patriot Act," has been enacted as law, entirely too long! Both for the good of our Constitutional
framework of governance, and for your own reputations, as representatives of your American constituents.

Immediately, after it passed and President Bush, signed that MONSTROSITY into law, and others began to read the
words in the body of the legislation, the awful truth surfaced that virtually NONE of the members of Congress could
possibly have read it, before voting for it! For if they had, not a single Senator or Representative would have voted for it!

I am sure you realize  that you have been living under a cloud of suspicion and of incompetence ever since then. This
terrible disgrace has threatened your reputation continuously! You are damned if you say you read it, then voted for it;
and you are damned if you admit you voted for it without reading [and understanding] the words it contained.

Now, is your chance to redeem yourself and vote to repeal this ongoing disgrace! Making it go away will at least remove
the blot on your conscience and on your reputation . It will never remove the historic blunder you committed by voting for
it. That blunder will remain, for the historians to write about. But, at least, you have the opportunity to clear the air, so
take that opportunity  now and;


VOTE TO REPEAL THE PATRIOT ACT!

          AN OPEN LETTER TO THE PRESIDENT
Dear Mr. President,

I am appalled at your recent photo-ops wherein you are plumping for the "Patriot Act" becoming a permanent part of our
Central-Government! Do you understand what you are advocating?

America has a unique paradigm, calling for a small, well-managed Central-government in which the people are it's
masters. Not the other way around. Self-government, demands openness, accountability and the assiduous protection
of all civil liberties, not just some of them - left to the discretion of the President to decide which to keep and which shall
go!

Your "executive order" abolishing habeas corpus protection from any American citizen you label as a "terrorist" and the
clearly unlawful treatment of this peculiar class of arrestees you call:"enemy combatants," only reinforces one's
conclusion that you seek to "protect" Americans by instituting a fascist government to replace the constitutional one
presently in place.

"Fighting Terrorism" -in your personal view- has become a dangerous procedure of dismantling the Constitution,
beginning with the first ten Amendments - the "Bill of Rights."

How can you actually believe Americans will willingly give up their personal freedoms to you, and in return be spied
upon, relentlessly. Have dossiers compiled, and intercept bank records, personal transactions and travel plans, and
secret surveillance of their homes [including warrant less searches] ? All without their knowledge, or even a claim of
"probable cause?"

Your past actions raise the question: Who is the real "terrorist," you or Osama Bin Laden? Mr. Laden hasn't restricted
my legal rights and personal freedoms. You have! I have no fear of him spying on me, and putting me at risk of arrest on
some faceless bureaucrat's say so, you have! I have no fear of him denying my Constitutional rights; you have!

Please understand , in a free open Country like America, a Fascist government [that you propose] exchanges
self-government for a "them or me" government, where citizens and bureaucrats look upon each other with fear and
suspicion. Since armed force is the only means available, to keep such a government in power. Read a history book.

You have turned your back on gun-owners' civil rights, when it is they who put you in office! Your waffling on arming
pilots, is just one example. There are many others.

Time to reassess your "fight" against "terrorism" and conclude that you are mistaken in your ideas, particularly, your
personal "wars' in two 4th-world Arab countries which created more -not less - hostility, American deaths, and cost
billions of tax dollars ...to what end? These two backward eleventh -century countries were never a threat to America or
Americans. And full-scale invasions were just stupid excesses and abuses of presidential power!

This year's elections will call you to task to explain and validate your actions. Your political associates have an
impossible job ahead of them. As you will learn.

Your father's stupid lies and mistakes gave us Clinton. Now, it appears your similar lies and mistakes are going to give
us Kerry. Shame on you.

    WHY IS CONGRESS FUNDING FOUR UN-DECLARED WARS?

You know, the Constitution used to mean something to Congressmen, and so did their oath to "protect and defend" it.
Now, it means nothing. Why is that? The numerous unconstitutional bills voted for, the timid wrist-slaps levied upon
scoundrels, scalawags and criminals in their midst, and a complete break-down in the impeachment process regarding
Clinton, confirms the above as a fact to be reckoned with.

Worst of all - since it entails billions of Americans' earnings and their son's lives - is the four un-declared wars, America
is presently involved in, which Congress funds every year.  Like some variety of sheep in lock-step with unscrupulous
presidents, who abuse their role as "commander an chief" by engaging an unconstitutional "standing army" in invasions
of sovereign , non-belligerent countries, each year, the funding arrives.

Korea, Yugoslavia, Afghanistan and Iraq  "wars" exist, not by authority of the Constitution, but by authority of a single
man, a current President. Do you see what's amiss here? World-wide wars, carried on by virtue of a Congress who
funds wars, but refuses to formally declare them!

Why is this?    Is it that American citizens would never approve of declaring war against non-belligerent nations? Is it that
American citizens, would immediately question the hundreds of billions of dollars spent every year to prosecute them, for
no recognizable purpose or goal, sanctioned or authorized by the Constitution? Is it that, members of Congress know
that  these four wars are wrong, but haven't the courage to end them by de-funding every one of them, and serving
notice on any sitting President, that before a formal declaration of war is made against any nation, he must present
compelling reasons for taking America to an all out war against that nation? Something none of these four wars, could
ever possibly support?  And the WWII Army, was never dissolved, as the Constitution requires!   

"National Interest","National Security" and "National threats" have no credence, in spite of being substituted for
belligerent acts of war. Protecting and defending the shores [and borders] of America is Central-Government's only
war-function recognized by the Constitution. "Nation-Building," "Foreign Aid," "threats of terrorism, real or imagined [
Where are the touted WMRs in Iraq?] can never rise to the importance or significance such to transform a
non-belligerent country into the object of declaring war against it.

Currently, billions are spent on "national defense, " when America remains essentially un-defended! Our open borders
let any and all cross them, and those who are caught, suffer no penalty, but are released to do it over and over again.
So-called "terrorists" have virtually no problem entering [or leaving] America, at will. The "security" at airports is a joke!
And violates at least several Constitutionally protected rights of American citizens. Free speech and search and seizure,
rights are suspended. To what end? "Protecting" Americans, or protecting Central-Government? Remember, the chief
motivation of Fascism is: Protectionism!

After all, the target of all "terrorists" is a government not it's citizens. Killing a few of them, is only done to highlight the
weakness, inability and fallibility of all governments when it comes to protecting their citizens. from individual harm.
[Witness the "gun-control" myth!] Only citizens themselves can do that. The failed experiment, that is half-century-old
Israel, conclusively proves the point. Yet more than three billion dollars a year  is given away to that little country, to
prop up it's abysmal  failure? Why?

Truman's war in Korea has never ended! We are still at war with North Korea! Yugoslavia - never any threat to
America's shores - is in force. And 3rd-world Afghanistan and 3rd-world Iraq only had governments a President did not
approve of!

How many other countries in the world, would fit into that category? Amorphous "terrorists" appear in the eyes of the
beholder, like beauty. One man's "terrorist" is another's "friend" and "ally!" Loose use of the term, is a Fascist's
dream-come-true! That is, unless  reasonable and responsible men call a halt to it.

Presently, Constitutional government has been suspended, and Congress is  presiding over a Central-government in
chaos. More and more Americans are coming to realize this fact. And, at some point in the foreseeable future,
Americans will dissolve this current mess, and re-institute the Constitutional paradigm that has been lost, ever since A.
Lincoln, first tore hugh chunks from it's pages, as America's first Tyrant!

What Bush Jr. says makes no sense, and when members of Congress agree with him, they  make even less sense,
because they haven't recognized all the contradictions- some so obvious, they hardly bear repeating.

This government is "in the tank" and unless Congress does  something about turning it around, it will fail - going the way
of all governments,  history has written about. It's failure is not because of our Founding Father's "blue-print," but
because of the lies, greed , silliness and untrustworthyness of men, who put themselves ahead of their Country, their
duty and their oaths of honor.

Are members of Congress guilty of "treason?" Certainly , an argument can be made. Think about it.

    "PRESIDENTIAL WARS"  COST/BENEFIT  ANALYSIS.

Harry Truman, got the unconstitutional dodge started with his "U.N. police-action" in Korea!  [Not the first time he bent
the "Contract" different ways from Tuesday, either]. If ignorance is "bliss," then Harry was a happy camper! Why any
interest in South Korea?  It was "war-spoils" from WWII, poopsie!  America "owned" it!  It cost 36,914 american lives to
defend from  a Chinese invasion and billions of tax dollars! It cost American prestige.not "wining" it's first war, ever. The
"armistice" it signed amounted only in a stalemate. America is technically at war with Communist China and it's satellite,
North Korea.  One that's gone on -unresolved- for over half a century - the longest war stalemate in America's history!  
Any benefit? A satellite country, that produces cheap TVs and cars, and so far, hasn't gone Communist.  But a North
Korea disdainful of American influence, becoming a nuclear threat to the region? Another "pulled-punch" presidential
war!

VIET NAM:

"Kennedy's War" broke other records, costing more Americans lives [58,167] and ,initially, 24 billion taxpayers' dollars.  
to support a dictator Vietnamese hated. This corrupt individual's only "benefit," was: He wasn't a Communist.   From
Truman's 35 "Advisors", Kennedy shipped over 15,000 ones! Ordered armed "reconnisance flights "of American
warplanes with orders to attack if fired upon. You know the rest, with L.B.J's bumbling bombing , and R.Nixon's
"secret"Cambodia invasion. . The 1971 "peace accord" never was.  Indeed combat increased, until the 1975 debacle
where American troops fled the country in panic., and it went Communist a year later. After that unconstitutional
presidential war, the benefit realized?   Zero!  Just another Communist country who has reason to hate all Americans.  
Not only that...America lost that war in grand style!

CUBA:

"Kennedy's missile crisis"  has never ended!  No more tanks at Berlin's "check-point Charlie," but  That jack-ass sold out
Cuba [originally an American protectorate] to the U.S.S.R.  And , that mistake is solely responsible for keeping a petty
Communist dictator in power for decades, only one hundred miles off America's coast! Cost: several billion taxpayer's
dollars, and America's prestige in the dumper.  Benefit:  zero!  A "leaky" embargo.[Also against the U.N. charter!].

LEBANON

Short and sweet. R. Reagan's attempt  at "peacekeeping" cost more Americans lives  [ 260 Marines] and tax moneys. At
least he pulled out the troops and abandoned that failed effort. Benefit: another big fat  zero.

PANAMA:

Bush Sr's., little "War"  with 24,000 American mercenaries, showed him - right out of the box - how easy it was to deploy
troops in foreign countries, with barely a whimper from Congress.  His excuse?  One American killed.  Cost: a dozen
more Americans killed, several billion dollars spent in military operations. And the Panama canal lost anyway, due to
closet-Communist Carter's signing it away, previously.  Benefit: One dope peddler, [a previous colleague of Bush Sr,
when he was C.I.A. chief] arrested and jailed, and convicted in a circus "trial."

SOMALIA:

Bush Sr, using a typical "U.N." ruse, initiated by his predecessor, H. Truman, tried his hand at "nation-building", again,
sending American Mercenaries to make it happen. This wasteland [ spoils of war of Britain and Italy] was a Communist
/Anarchy, ruled by "warlords"  who Sr. thought he could conquer with military force. It didn't happen. A "rescue-invasion"
was staged to "save" trapped American mercenaries!  Cost: billions of dollars, dozens of American lives lost. Benefit: a
big fat zero!  Congress just looks on as a spectator.

IRAQ:

Call it:"THE BIG SELL!"  More staged posturing - for the benefit of the press - than anything, Bush Sr. learns a valuable
political lesson: play your cards right and instead of a L.B.J. debacle presidential "War," you can wind up a "pole-sitter"
instead, with your own "version" of  a "presidential war!"  First call it a fancy name, like "desert shield.' then publically
race around the world setting up [a meaningless] "coalition" of "allies.". Then, engage a slow-motion invasion with half a
million mercenaries, and run  a dictator out of Kuwait, and save it for another dictator to return. Then press into Iraq
briefly, just until that dictator cries "uncle," then retire, leaving him to his own devices to "honor" a "treaty" as he sees fit
with his military shattered, but left intact. Smart!  Cost, dozens of American loves lost. Billions of dollars spent.  Benefit:
An eleven year "war," routinely bombing Iraq [at taxpayers' expense] , leaving Saddam in place to "create weapons of
mass destruction," little, if any change in the world oil supply, and Kuwait remains in the O.P.E.C oil cartel!

HAITI:

After Carter [closet-Communist] went to the trouble of "supervising" the election of a Communist dictator, militant forces  
quickly overthrew him, after his Marxist promises fell flat[as they always do].   Clinton - always willing to help a
Communist cause - decided to make "war" on this tiny island, as it was rumored that small arms fire had come from
shore, hitting American ships. Assembling his unconstitutional standing army of mercenaries, .Clinton invaded Haiti
[Congress was silent.] ,using token women helicopter pilots in "combat." Queers and lesbians loved that!  That sent the
general [that had taken over] packing and re-installed the "democratically-elected" Communist dictator!   Cost: one
American killed, Billions of taxpayers dollars spent, the Constitution -once again- trashed.  Benefit: Haiti once again has
a Communist dictator, now entitled to American aid.

YUGOSLAVIA:

Clinton bombed Yugoslavia, although it had not attacked America or Americans, posed no threat to our shores,
represented no Communist threat, and harbored no "nukes" or a delivery system!  Moreover, the obsolete N.A.T.O. and
the  ubiquitous "U.N." were Clinton's transparent scam .  Although both charters of these multinational organizations
were violated by his "war" on Yugoslavia!  Congress?  A.W.O.L. The stupid dolts - once again- failed to stop mis-use of
presidential powers! Resulting in another invasion of a sovereign country, using unconstitutional American mercenaries.
Despite assurances they would remain only temporarily, they occupy Yugoslavia today! The ruse? Clinton changed their
name. Now that fooled, how many Americans?  How about none?  Congress?  Appropriating billions of dollars, like
brainless automatons!  Cost: Many billions of taxpayers' dollars, some American's lives, and, keeping a dangerous and
obsolete organization alive [N.A.T.O.]  Benefits: zero.

AFGHANISTAN:

With little more than a scramble to "do something," after Americans waited months for Bush jr. to act - after Saudi Arabs
trashed two of the ugliest buildings in America-  warplanes were sent to bomb another sovereign country, which had not
attacked America or Americans, and had no "nukes" or delivery system. Just because these Muslims' political system
was repressive and they provided a haven for Osama Bin Laden's assassins. Followed by -what is now routine- an
invasion of American mercenaries.  Who took control of the political system of the country and while bombing and
feeding Afghans, alternately, copied Yugoslavia's "nation-building" program by ousting the "Taliban" and installing a
King!  After a token election.[Where two thirds of the population are illiterate! And they live in a feudal,  eleventh-century
society!] . Now  "search and destroy" patrols dot the countryside, hunting "terrorists," just like a quarter century ago in
Viet Nam. Cost:  ongoing billions of taxpayers'dollars,  a busted "budget," a few Americans lives, and America assuming
the unhappy title of "world-bully," garnering the hatred of  several million extra Muslims, who want to kill
Americans.[Great recruitment for Laden!] .  Benefit:  A big fat zero. America remains watchful for the next  Saudi Muslim
attack!

The above short recitation of the multiple tragedies, foisted upon the American People by  devious and unscrupulous
Presidents and brainless, unconcerned "professional" politicians in Congress, highlights the error they all made by
ignoring the Constitution,  a contract which was designed , precisely, to avoid the very horror they caused! [ And
continue to cause!].

ARE YOU A "TERRORIST," JOHN Q.?
All it takes, thanks to the "Patriots Act," is for Bush Jr. to designate you as one!   That unconstitutional piece of
nonsense has taken America into a very dangerous period of time, where Fascists have assumed control of
Central-Government and the Constitution is a "contract" more honored in it's violation than  in it's  strict adherence.

After all, what is a "terrorist" anyway?  Simply put , it is any person who is deemed an enemy of the state!  A threat to the
government!  One who opposes the current government in place. A "revolutionary," if you will.  He can be labeled by his
speech, his acts, or what his neighbors say about him to government agents. His mere opposition to
Central-Government or it's actions, is enough to brand him as a "terrorist." George Washington was a "terrorist" as far
as King George was concerned.  You see., how easy it is for any American to enter into the abyss of government
coercion, by opposing Central-Government?  Even King George's effort at "gun control" at Concord and Lexington,
didn't stop those  American "terrorists," did it?

You don't have to wear a towel around your head, or pray to Mecca four times a day, or be of the Semitic race to be
suspect as a "terrorist."  You don't even have to be in this Country illegally, or have a forged passport, or even have an
expired visa?  Indeed, millions of Arabs come and go in America, at this moment, with seeming invisibility.  But, just say
or do anything "suspect," or mention certain words, as in an airport, and you will immediately have government agents
descend upon you and require you to prove a negative - that you are not a "terrorist.!"   See how easy that is?

Records, photos, finger-prints, licenses, bank records, all are open to scrutiny by government snoops, just looking for
anything that might - that's might - put you in their classification as a "terrorist."   Example:  Taking flight lessons in which
you are more interested  in learning how to fly a plane than you are in taking off and landing it. That alone, will send  
government agents - in full combat gear, with  fully automatic machine pistols at the ready - knocking on your door at
inconvenient times of the day...say that "four o'clock knock on the door," German citizens knew so well, during Hitler's
reign of Fascist terror.

We are entering into a dangerous time where our own Government is the greater enemy than Osama Bin Laden, could
ever be to our persons and to our families. His  primitive assaults on our government cannot equal the terror one
experiences from that knock on the door!  Where you are assumed to be an "enemy of the state" based upon flimsy
heresay or non-existent evidence.  Where Constitutional safeguards, so carefully crafted by our Founding Fathers,
"don't apply"  to you.  Where laws, already on the books, allow the total confiscation of your property,  by government
agents, just for associating with a "designated" felon.

One day you could be going about your business, as usual, then,  the next day you could be in jail, with all your property
confiscated, and looking at a "star court" sentence, without the benefit of an attorney. All it takes is for Bush Jr. to
designate you as a "terrorist."  On man's word is enough to put your very life in danger. Isn't that what German citizens
faced, under Hitler's regime?  And, it's all happened in less that one year!  Just think what the next year could bring!
["Patriot's Act II" is already being drafted!] !

There has already been an ongoing  government assault on the corporation - the basic element that makes Capitalism
work!  A few rotten C.E.O.s have turned loose the Communist dogs, in Congress, who seek to punish all mangers, for
real or perceived misdeeds, according - again- to whatever government bureaucrats designate as activities they don't
approve of [ ironically excluding the same  deceptive behavior they, themselves routinely practice!].   

We now live in an "Alice-In-Wonderland" world, where everything is just what Central-Government bureaucrats say it is,
regardless of whether it is only sheer nonsense, or not!  And much if it is just that!  Our Congress gives away our
earnings to dictators who hate us!  The obsolete Pentagon" spends trillions of dollars defending alien boundaries, but
leaves America's borders undefended.  And  it bombs sovereign nations and invades them upon a president's whim,
while the equally obsolete State Department, demands more money to re-construct the bombed-out countries  and put
in place a political organization to their liking , in a futile attempt at "nation-building."  Congress tries to disarm all
Americans, while sending billions of dollars-worth of arms overseas to aliens, "free of charge?"  Pure insanity!

But, be forewarned!  If you object, or take action to stop the above insanity, you can instantly find yourself designated
an enemy of the State - a "terrorist" - and find yourself a prisoner of the government you are [Constitutionally] supposed
to run.  Thomas Jefferson said it best in his "Declaration."  Read it. That time may well be upon us!  Through no fault of
our own.

Bush Jr. following the Viet-Nam paradigm precisely, in Iraq!!
Who'd have thought any fool would follow the same steps-to-disaster, the American Central-Government chose, in it's
twenty-four  year "presidential war" to "save" the people of South-Eastern Asia from cruel Communist Dictators?  Think
no more!  That fool has been found!  His name is: George W. Bush!

Incredibly!  The same air-tactics Kennedy used : armed war-planes doing "fly-overs" of a sovereign country, with
patently-provocative "rules of engagement:" Don't fire unless fired upon" in circumscribed "no-fly-zones" tri-secting Iraq?
 Keeping it up for eleven years, through terms of three presidents. [Keep in mind no declaration of war was ever made
against  Viet-Nam or Iraq by Congress , as required by the Constitution.].  Instead of "saving" Vietnamese people from
Communist dictators, as Kennedy claimed, Bush Jr. claims he is now "saving" Iraqis from Saddam Hussein.   

Taking it upon himself to personally invade Iraq, without any authority other than whatever he thought he had as
"commander in chief,"  Bush Jr. violated the Constitution, the U.N. Charter, and the dignity of the American People by
making two simply bizarre claims!  One: That Saddam Hussein's "weapons of mass destruction" were an immediate  
threat to America, and two: that he was "saving" the Iraqi people from a cruel dictator, with his "pre-emptive-strike
doctrine"   The first, has been proven -factually- to have been an intentional lie , fabricated to drum up an artificial
argument for not postponing his invasion of Iraq.  The second, taking on a humanitarian gloss, could not -legally,
politically, ethically or morally - justify invading a sovereign nation, solely based upon a president's whim!   But...it
happened!

Now comes the stunning stupidity: Deposing a dictator always has undesirable political effects. In the case of Iraq,
religious effects obtain as well, making the situation  Jr. created much worse that mere political clashes of ideologies  
found in Viet-Nam.  America's "new" standing army of mercenaries, switched roles -just as in Viet-Nam- to
"peace-keepers," although  Army conscripts were used in Viet-Nam, unlike in Iraq. Identical "search-and-destroy"
missions were regularly conducted, with catchy names e.g., "iron will," etc. And with pitiful results to show for them all,
American casualties mounted on a daily basis. [Recall the "body-counts" and "kill-ratios?"]   "Insurgents" [ they were
misnamed "terrorists" at first]  regularly set up ambushes for convoys, check-points, and "enclaves" [recall the
"fire-bases" in Viet-Nam?]  with effective mortar attacks and small-arms assaults. Instead of wearing black pajamas, they
wear towels around their heads in Iraq.

Imitating the Viet-Nam paradigm, down to the last dotted "i."  a puppet-government is set up in Iraq [and in Afghanistan]
composed of local, non-representative, un-elected and mostly un-heard of locals , by... American overseers. Supposed
to inspire confidence in the general population, they are only "targets" for expressing hatred for the American invaders.
While Jr. may call his army "liberators," after the first few hours , eliminating Saddam, no Iraqi could view  thousands of
American troops as anything other than what they were: invaders.  Invaders, who now occupied their country, by force of
arms. And, who used those arms to "protect" the puppet-government, set up to govern them, until - at some unspecified
later time - Jr. decided they could be trusted not to re-elect Saddam, or someone like him , to take his place. Bottom line:
Iraqis [just as the Vietnamese] are stuck with thousands of alien troops in their midst "pacifying them" and with a
government no one wants, or voted for.

Now, Jr. claims thousands of Iraqis troops are being "trained" to take over the peace-keeping role?  Recall identical
efforts made in Viet-Nam?  Recall what the "South-Vietnamese-Army" did?  That's right!  Nothing!  They sold their
AR-16s to the Communists!  With the slogan:" never fired, and dropped only once!"  It's not funny!

Unconcerned that  the Islamic religion is totally inimical to any democratic form of government. mandating it's
entanglement with government functions in an intricate theocracy,  based upon dogma, fear and coercion, Bush Jr.
insists that his personal adventure, "nation-building" a democracy in Iraq [and in Afghanistan] will work?. Not in a
thousand years!

Why?  It's already been tried by the British in the last century in Iraq!  A disaster resulted!  In a population where half
cannot read or write, and except for hugh {O.P.E.C.} oil revenues, all but a hand-full live in an eleventh-century
economy, where raising goats, chickens, opium and sheep - just as in feudal times - and subsistence grain harvests
maintain centuries of the status quo.  

"Political Parties" are divided by religious sects, who "elect" their leaders by murder and torture, not the ballot-box.
Sunnies, Shitites and Curds  trisect Iraq's political landscape, inspiring religious hatred of each other. Peaceful living is
the furthest from their objectives. Power and control is at their vanguard. Just as soon as Jr.'s "coalition" [meaning the
British]  leave Iraq, or are kicked out by the locals - as happened in Viet-Nam - a new "Saddam" will be selected, and the
"freedom-loving-Iraqis" will have their new dictator!

But, like the  un-learned lesson of Viet-Nam, America  lives will have been lost;  billions of taxpayer's dollars will have
been wasted, and the credibility, morality and Christianity of the American People will have suffered another hugh loss,
not to mention Bush Jr.'s dismanteling of limited Constitutional government. Substituting in it's place a dangerous,
nationalistic-socialist oligarchic cabal, now "protected" by a national-secret-police force with plenary powers, expressly
prohibited by the Founding Fathers. Coupled with rapidly-diminishing private property rights and individual liberties , the
American People enjoyed  under their Constitutional form of government.

AMERICANS, HEADING DOWN THE ROAD OF FASCISM, IF CONGRESS DOESN'T CHANGE!
AN OPEN LETTER TO CONGRESSMEN:

I wonder if you are aware that there is absolutely no constitutional authorization for Congress to give away a single cent
of American taxpayers' earnings to aliens and other non-citizens?

Being a public servant, you must have read the Constitution at least once. You must have noticed that it is a "contract of
limitation" and is so framed when it specifically sets up the framework of our Central-Government. Meaning, if express
authorization for government to act is not included in the document, then Congress, the President and the Supreme
Court may not do it! This mandate is highlighted by the inclusion of express duties to be exercised by the government.  
And the ninth and tenth Amendments.

Question: did you find a duty for Congress to spend money for the benefit of aliens? If so, kindly cite the Section and
paragraph.

Actually, every spending bill voted upon by Congress should include - in it's heading - the precise Constitutional
authorization upon which it is based! If it does anything for Americans, it would eliminate 9/10s of all Bills brought to the
floors of the House and the Senate! Since most have no Constitutional authorization at all!  It's all "pie in the sky!"

The fact the Bush Jr. has the gall, presumption and ignorance to even request 87 billion dollars to be spent on the two
countries he invaded [Afghanistan and Iraq] shows he believes he need not abide by the Constitution, since Congress
did not do so either, permitting him to wage war without express declaration of such by Congress against these two
countries. Both non-belligerents.

Do you not see what you have done? You have set in motion a string of unconstitutional acts which can only lead to
complete abandonment of constitutional government in America, entirely! This isn't some lame prediction, either. You
have already traveled down this road long enough to establish the paradigm. It exists! Now! In the present!

While Bush Jr. continues his daily photo-ops [imitating Clinton] and mindlessly violates constitutional mandates, only
muted grumblings issue from Congress? No one stands up and says:"NO," the Constitution simply doesn't permit it?
Why? Don't you recognize that it casts you in the same bad light as well?

The Christian "rules" of right and wrong never change, but the grossly swollen, arbitrary, intrusive, behemoth you
helped create, has turned them all upside-down. It's as if Washington, D.C. was transported to Alice's "Wonderland."

The general population hasn't quite grasped what is being done to them, but when they do, you will have a genuine
"revolution" on your hands. And the first American citizen killed by the unconstitutional "standing army" of mercenaries,
you created, will be the historic "point of no return."

I love this country and don't want to see a repeat of "Lincoln's War," where citizens are forced into a position of battling
their own Central-government. But, it's coming!

That is, unless you change your ways, radically, and do it soon.

At the risk of stating the obvious: Only the American Protestant Christian religion has managed to spawn, create, and
enjoy a truly "democratic" country, free [until very recently] of government tyranny, with individual freedoms, private
property, and free commerce complimenting their main religious morality. Not at odds with it. America stands as a
shining example of the benefits of the Protestant Christian religion!  And, it's why American Communists are waging a
"cultural-war" against it!  Christians are judgmental; Marxists are not!  They hate that, being  themselves immoral, by
definition.

It doesn't take more than a few minutes to look around at the semitic countries and determine how they fare next to
"democratic" principles. The U.N. experiment with Jewish Zionism , creating  the state of Israel in the heart of another
country [Palestine] has a half-century record of abysmal failure. Semitics, simply cannot govern themselves!  They have
tried mightily, but  they have only created empirical evidence that their theocracy was doomed before it ever came into
existence. American generosity [ or misplaced altruism ] threw away, literally over one hundred billion dollars on this
postage-stamp country, the size of New Jersey!  Yet, it remains in political chaos, a state of war with Palestinians and
cannot  even support itself financially, ever.

Scanning other semitic countries, they all bear striking similarities.  All governed by Muslim fanatics, who make the
boundaries of their states "holy" real-estate. Individual freedom is not only non-existent, its exercise is punishable by
death!  Private property is barely noticeable. It's ownership -beyond the bare essentials of food, clothing and shelter-
doesn't exist.  Of course, the overseers of their citizens' religious consciousness, are elevated from these harsh
mandates, enjoying fabulous riches, derived from a single source: crude oil, the British discovered beneath their desert
wastelands. Being too ignorant to ever discover it themselves.

Princes, potentates and religious icons do all the "governing,"  Whether it is the "Taliban" in Afghanistan, or the "royal
family" in Saudi-Arabia, theocratic governance simply doesn't allow any other kind. As a British protectorate, Iraq was
molded and shaped into a faux democracy, only to highlight it's error with an "elected" Saddam Hussein, whose
countless "re-elections"  were a sad joke. Power, is a very strong aphrodisiac, and once tasted, it's holders only
relinquish it if threatened by impending death!  Citizens are only pawns, to be pushed around like herded sheep, with no
voice or value of their own. A quick death is guaranteed to all complainers. Christian love and fair play are not to be
found.

The uniqueness of  the Protestant Christian religion, makes self-government possible because the very foundation of
it's morality forms the basis and justification for the existence of the government itself.  Strong individuality keeps
bureaucrats at bay. Only Communist egalitarians, whine and plead for "care" by bureaucrats, financed by the Marxian
thesis of "income redistribution," from each, according to his ability; to each according to his need. Only in the last
century, has the spector of "career politicians" arisen, who rely upon this Marxist nonsense, to secure re-election in
life-long political positions. Such greed on their part for easy riches and power, has only acted to entice not temporary
public servants, but scoundrels, perverts, liars and thieves into de facto permanent jobs in government. Nevertheless,
American citizens, manage to retain their freedoms, and independence in the face of  Communist pressures both within
and without America's Central-Government. Its not perfect, because it's participants aren't. But the Protestant Christian
guidelines are there, forming the basis for America's legal system, and overstepping them has it's consequences.

Just as world-wide empirical evidence exists that semitic theocracy, whether Jewish or Arabian, cannot co-exist with
democracy, in any form, Americans have proved, conclusively, that the elements of Protestant Christian religion not only
work hand-in-hand with democratic principles, but also form the  legal bedrock that ensures our personal freedoms and
independence from any theocratic government, such as semites are saddled with. The proof of the pudding is in it's
eating.  Theocracy simply gets in the way, and it is no surprise how similar the Jewish and the Muslim religions are.  Both
serve the Semitic Race and replace logic, rational thought, and individualism with harsh dogma. Dogma that  enslaves
people, rather than setting them free. Free will, self-determination, self-expression and self-fulfillment are banished.
Only the state, as the sole representative of a supreme being, controls. And since when isn't this absolute power
abused by mere hominids?

"TERRORISTS?" WHAT "TERRORISTS?"
The fact that history's lessons go unlearned by politicians, is simply mind-boggling!  Stupid, ignorant sods, they plow
through the same mistakes their predecessors made decades, even centuries earlier.  And what solutions can be
deciphered, remain a total mystery to them all.  Probably the fact that a true"democracy" [not a fake Communist one]
spawns leaders with the I.Q. of a cantaloupe, saves the people from the tyranny of a dictator. Just look around at the
"selections" American voters make!  A circus!

Osama Bin Laden really set the ball rolling, when he decided it was time for a world-wide religious war between Muslims
and Christians. Hi-jacking commercial jets [ which our bureaucrats assured us were hi-jack-proof]  as flying kerosene
"bombs," was a master-stroke. It highlighted the immutable fact: No government can protect it's citizens from guerrilla
warfare.  Governments label them "terrorists" because the attacks are aimed at them.  And propaganda elements insist
that government should be preserved at all costs, even if it means spying upon and killing their own citizens [ a
counter-productive move at best].

The simple fact of the matter is: Governments create their own personal "terrorists!"  By their own wrongdoing!  Guerrilla
warfare is virtually always carried out by people with a serious grievance against a particular government, not it's
citizens. But it's the citizens who pay by being blown up in the process. Attacked by the guerrillas and the government
agents at the same time. Citizens become "victims" twice over.  Assaulted by government spies and agents and by the
guerrillas as well. Not a pretty picture, is it?  But you can be sure it has put a smile on Osama's face!  And it has left
Bush Jr. one confused individual.  Guilty of violating his oath of office and the Constitution!

Guerrillas come in two flavors: local and alien. It's been a circus, watching the Bush Jr. administration wrestle with
attempting to separate the two. Between illegal aliens flooding across our unguarded borders from Canada and Mexico,
and "legal" aliens, defining which mean to take out the government and who do not, is a hopeless bureaucratic tangle
only God could ever sort out. Then, Congress and Jr. proceed to pass fascist legislation most never read before voting
"aye."  Now -for the first time in Central-Government's history- Americans have a National Secret Police Force. A hugh,
unmanageable agency similar to the now defunct U.S.S.R.'s  "K.G.B."  Although with a few Constitutional limitations they
want abolished, so they can operate in similar fashion to the K.G.B. which ignored the Soviet Constitution at will. You
see, secret police don't like restraints, of any kind. The "patriot act" abolished most Constitutional restraints, but not all.
Ergo, there is a "patriot act II" in the wings that removes them all, as if the American Constitution was never penned.

Then, we come to the occupation forces of American mercenaries in three countries: Yugoslavia, Afghanistan and Iraq.
One established by Clinton, the other two established by Bush Jr.   American troops are under constant attack, and why
shouldn't they be?  Would you stand for alien troops enforcing their own military "law" with bullets, in your own
communities?  Did the Viet Cong?  Did the "war-lords" of Somalia?  Did the Serbs?  Did the "war-lords" of Afghanistan?
Did the Baath Party Iraqis? Why should anyone be surprised at the existence of these insurgents?  That's the correct
term: "Insurgents." Hitler's army battled them constantly in each of the countries the Nazis occupied.  Their  "S.S." did
their best, but never stopped them.  And the Palestinians have - for more than half a century - battled the Israelis, who
took over their country by U.N. fiat, more than half a century ago.

"Terrorists?  what "terrorists?"  They are insurgents , fighting military occupiers of their country. Wouldn't Americans do
the exact same thing, given their situation?  Of course they would. In fact Americans did, in the terrible post "Lincoln's
War" days in the southern states. Remember the K.K.K.?  Those insurgents wanted the Union military occupiers out of
their communities.  Who could blame them?

Whether they be  the K.K.K, Palestinians, Viet Cong, Somalis, Serbs, Afghanis, or Iraqis, these insurgents were fighting
against alien military forces which occupied their countries!  Occupations that occurred by acts of war against their
indigenous people, who only wanted to be left alone, not have outside bureaucrats from alien countries tell them how
and who should govern them. Military forces that killed their men, women and children, indiscriminately.

"Terrorists?"  What "terrorists?"

THE BLIND, LEADING THE BLIND?
Simply amazing!  Yesterday's Senate subcommittee hearing on domestic oil companies' price fixing/gouging turned into  
a contest between  who could ask the dumbest questions, and who could provide the dumbest answers!  The economic
"experts" testifying as "witnesses" generalized so much , as to make their answers meaningless.

Several senators - they know who they are - were so defensive in favor of oil companies - before any testimony was
taken-  their motives were , at once, suspect. [possible hugh campaign "contributions" from oil companies?] .   Not the
stuff a probing investigation is made of.  And representatives of Central-Government agencies, F.T.C., energy,  and
college wonks seemed oblivious to the fact that the price-fixing query concerned companies in an economic oligopoly
framework, not independent companies in a competitive market situation. An intentional omission, or studied ignorance?

Concerning oligopolies - just as single-company monopolies - the  single most telling evidence of price-fixing is: the
restriction of product supply.  For, in a monopoly/oligopoly framework, restricting product supply automatically raises
prices!   Econ. 101!  There was some hinting , around the edges, that the domestic oil companies did in fact restrict
supply by cutting back production, limiting product delivery, intentional reserves shortfall, and shipping American oil
overseas.  But none wanted to admit that this amounted to collusion to fix pump-prices.

Further, inconsistencies, became painfully obvious, in their testimony. We heard that some refineries remained in
mothballs, while testimony was that on-line refineries were "operating flat out" at near full capacity. Then , there was the
bizarre conclusion that even if some companies were indeed attempting to raise gasoline prices by  artificially restricting
product supply, there was no collusion among them - which would be a criminal offense.

Except for BP, no companies were examined in detail as to what they were doing.  BP was admitted to have complete
vertical integration from oil-head to gas pump.  And it's fellow oil companies were surely close to perfect integration as
well. Another earmark of extant monopoly market conditions. "Mergers" which consolidated market supremacy are
another  monopolistic earmark. All these obvious conditions were simply ignored by the witnesses, and the two Marxist
senators doing most of the questioning wern't up to the task of inquiring into the Capital-Enterprise-System, having
devoted themselves to a lifetime commitment to Communism.

We are supposed to believe that oil production, refining and wholesale distribution of gasoline product - including any
"pass-through" of production costs differentials - were identical among the different companies, acting on their own,
without any hint of collusion?  Including the  identical retail price of gasoline among the different oil companies - who
owned the gas-stations - down to the tenth of a cent?  Fluctuations in upward price movements, moving in virtual
lock-step among four different company gas-stations, situated on the same street-corner?   No collusion?  Popycot!

We were assured by these economic "experts" that any "single-company" supply-manipulation was de minimus,
concerning it's effect at the gasoline pumps?  Even when oil product was being shipped overseas,  reserves were
intentionally depleted and refineries remained in "mothballs?"  Hugh gaps in the "experts" own knowledge and
investigations bespoke of their erroneous and misleading assumptions and generalizations. Their most unforgivable
blunder being to ignore the oligopoly market -situation they were dealing with!  Yet they were dealing with a product
[gasoline] with an inelastic demand curve, where even small supply shortfalls resulted in hugh jumps in product prices!   

In sum, one can only conclude from watching this C-SPAN  TV broadcast [God bless C-SPAN - since the Marxists in
network TV continued their soap-operas, etc.]  that both the witnesses and some senators were indeed "well-oiled"
before this subcommittee hearing even took place. And that Marxist-Leninists - although on the right track concerning
monopolistic supply-manipulation and collusion , fixing the pump-prices of gasoline - simply wern't sufficiently aware of
the Capitalist system enough to properly probe for  telling answers from the witnesses.

We, as gas-pump "victims" of oligopolic machinations, e.g. price-fixing collusion among the several oil companies,
remain just that: "victims,"  as the blind lead the blind and everybody is happy!  Well.....most everybody.

We are entering a "Brave new World" where America's own Central-Government
becomes the real "terrorists."
It is a truism, that the first "terrorist" act is universally committed by a government. And, that  people commit the second
"terrorist" act in response to the first.  Inasmuch as governments always "promise" to "protect " their citizens, they must
ultimately fail, because of two reasons: Protecting citizens is an impossible myth, and government's only real interest is
protecting itself!  The real threat being against it alone, not it's citizens, who only incidentally participate by dying, to
show government's impotence.

Historically, governments' reaction is totally predictable: it quickly tightens it's control over it's citizens. In societies run by
autocratic  governments, this change is hardly noticeable, since much of it is secret and freedoms are already severely
limited. However, in free and open  societies, where personal and individual freedoms are numerous, this change is
stark and frightening. Instead of a benign government, or in the case of America, a government controlled by citizens,
and limited by the "contract" that created it: The Constitution, a sea-change takes place, in rapid order. Like all
institutions, Central-Government moves quickly to ensure it's perpetuation. Or, at the very least to try to ensure it's
continued existence.

The problem boils down to this: In a situation where government will ultimately lose the war, with each loss of a battle, it
tightens it's grip on it's citizens, until they are virtual slaves, watched, controlled and herded around like so many sheep.
Unerringly, this response makes the very case,  in favor of the "terrorists" whose grievances become even greater
against the offending government, with the passage of time.

National secret police are a "go-to" weapon of all governments. The claim [for public consumption] is that they are only
attempting to root out and punish the "terrorists" in their midst. The fact remains, that under such pressure, every citizen
is a potential "terrorist," fellow-traveler, sympathizer, or secret agent .. What that does to the society is literally destroy it
from the inside. "Informers" are encouraged, neighbors against neighbors, children against their parents. employees
against their boss, on and on... Personal safeguards against police misconduct are relaxed, and a dangerous "them and
us" mentality develops between agents of the government and the citizens. Each side becomes viewed as a real threat
to the other. Fear takes over, and excesses in "hunting down terrorists" becomes routine.

Obviously what this does is create a perfect format for recruiting more and more "terrorists," who have been harmed,
threatened or abused by government agents. Even a hugh Central-Government, like America's is tiny, when compared
to it's citizen population. Even using it's military might, the numbers - once citizens are sufficiently outraged to take
action - are simply overwhelming, and too much for any government to withstand, particularly if -and that's if - citizens
possess their own arms. something the Founding Fathers knew all too well and took pains to ensure that they would
always be armed. American Communists are snickering up their sleeves right now!  The American icon stands as a
symbol of everything Crazy Karl Marx got wrong, about society and economics!   

Fascists and Communists, who now represent sizable numbers in Congress, also know that complete control of citizens
remains impossible, as long as citizens retain their own guns and ammunition. We see it all the time, as these individuals
propose legislation "banning guns," or "taxing ammunition," or "closing mythical loop-holes" in a thoroughly documented
failure of all "gun-control" legislation passed since 1969!  Autocracy simply cannot exist, safely, within the context of an
armed citizenry. Again, the "protecting citizens" mantra is used as a smoke-screen, to hide real intentions.

The only real question is: When are Americans going to recognize the danger their own government now poses to them,
their individual freedoms and their property?  Killing and confiscation are popular "tools" and spying on citizens, is a
given. The threat is now real; three pieces of legislation which plainly shred constitutional government are already in
place. The implementation of their provisions, will transform the threat into reality. And the consequences will be
earth-shattering to many Americans, who assume [wrongly] that America's Central-Government is the same it was
before. But, by then, it is they who will have to defend themselves against "terrorist" attacks of their own government.

Bush Sr, hinted, years ago what was to come, in his stumbling ellipses-filled sentences, babbling about "a new world
order," mirroring the "C.F.Rs" one-world propaganda. And we saw major breaches in Constitutional limitations initiated
by Clinton .  Now, using a world-wide attempt by radical Muslims to initiate a religious "war" against Christians, and
particularly against America's intrusive, busy-body, militaristic Central-Government,  Bush Jr. is fleshing out his Daddy's
paradigm in which the office of president assumes a ubiquitous post over the whole world, as policeman, benefactor,
dictator and ruler over all lesser nations of the world. Using the earnings of American citizens to fund and finance the
whole venture.

Let "pre-emptive strikes", "Homeland Security," and "Campaign Finance Reform" and rapidly diminishing personal
freedoms, be a precursor of things to come - all bad - for the American People. And let America's real patriots take
notice of what is happening to their beloved America, before it has metamorphed into a dangerous "thing"
unrecognizable to any older American. Let the "them or us" syndrome sink into their skulls, until they realize that in
bureaucrats' eyes, they are "the enemy."  And the internal "terrorism" is coming not from  Osama Bin Laden, or
Al-Qaeda. but, from agents of our own Central-Government! Remember the excess of Bush Sr.'s "Ruby-Ridge?"  How
about Clinton's Waco-Massacre?  Bush Jr. knows about both,  intimately, but he isn't talking. And he has put his
signature to three major pieces of legislation, that are clearly unconstitutional  Enough said.

AMERICANS' "WAR" FOR INDEPENDENCE!  THE BATTLE BETWEEN KARL MARX & ADAM SMITH.

up and deport such obvious threats to the American People?  Then, what's left?  Nothing...except our individual
freedoms disappearing as fast as Congress can write the legislation.   

This real "war" is vastly more significant, as it defines the ideology Americans are to follow in this century. Since WWII,
American Communists have made inroads on our individual independence a number of ways, from "clean-air" and
"endangered species" assaults on private property ownership, to "gun-control" which obviously has only one purpose:
the disarming of the American People. The American Marxist Media is in full swing, with "disinformation," news
"black-outs" and  biased "reporting," such that - taken as a whole - their propaganda is more dangerous than a
thousand "terrorists!"

What really brings the Marxian agenda into the harsh rays of light is the "debate" about "social-security!"  Lining up on
one side are the Socialist Dummycrats , Marxist-Leninists , Socialists and American-haters, and on the other side are
the Conservatives, a handful of real Republicans, Constitutionalists and supporters of the unique
American-Capital-Enterprise-System, and Adam Smith's "Invisible Hand."

Communists love bureaucracy, big government, rules, regulations and....above all...control over people. Social
"engineers" and "central-planners" can't get their ideas into practice, without the armed coercion of government.
"Creating" a utopia requires sacrifice, particularly from  those citizens who make the most money, are the most
productive and demonstrate the most ingenuity and creativity. Confiscating the fruits of their successes is the number
one priority of every Communist.  Why? Because re-distributing other peoples' wealth follows Marx's dictates. "Heavy,
progressive taxation" are his very words!   And since the early 1900s, Americans have been taxed based upon Marx's
ideology. Attacking wealth accumulation with "death-taxes," attacking capital accumulation with "capital-gains taxes,"
attacking savings with "interest taxes."  Objectively, Congress has followed "crazy Karl" Marx's ideology to the letter!  
Trashing the Jeffersonian ideal: Government should leave it's citizens alone and free, neither restraining nor aiding
them in their pursuits."   

The "war?"  Instead of just getting rid of the ponzi-scam of Socialist F.D.R's , a modest half-hearted effort was floated to
"privatize" not all of it, but a small portion of earnings confiscated from working Americans. Here comes the "hair-ball!"  
American Communists cannot countenance any - that-s any - usurpation of Central-Government's control of American's
earnings, even though it constitutes  private property, as much as the houses they live in. And the arguments used,
reveal every Communist nuance available. "Investing" one's own money?  Only the state has money, not individuals!  
"Purchasing" shares in capital of private businesses?  Participating in any capital market is blasphemy!  And "private
business?": Anathema to government control of the means of production!  [Although, controlling profits via double
taxation, does a fair job!] !

Any mis-step of "big-business" earns scathing condemnation from  the American Marxist-Media!  They reap a double
benefit, being able to condemn the entire Capital-Enterprise-System, with a broad brush, while pointing out the "failure"
of this system of distributing the wealth of a nation.  Winners and losers simply don't compute in their egalitarian
never-never land. They don't want to believe the truism that: "poverty" is the natural state of hominids' condition. Call it
"selective thinking." And  that only the successfully productive individuals are able to raise themselves above it. The bulk
of most world  populations just sit on their butts and either wait to be fed or wait for starvation to overtake them.

Partial "Privatization" of S.S. creates more ills than it solves, and leaves in place a blatant fraud on the American People.
Spending their earnings outright, then hoping new taxes will cover fluctuating "benefits" politicians promise?  A small
child can see through that scheme!

One serious unintended consequence of this nonsense, is: Many ignorant, lazy and spendthrift Americans now rely
upon S.S. as their "retirement fund." Making no serious attempt to save for their old age. And  government's taxes on
savings actually encourage them NOT to save!  The best thing that could happen to them is to have that "crutch"
snatched away, so they understand that the responsibility for their financial security is theirs alone, and the money
previously confiscated from them by Central-Government- ostensibly for a non-existent "trust fund" - must be saved and
invested by themselves. New taxpayers simply have no responsibility for their financial condition,  now or in the future,
period!

The "war" must end in favor of Adam Smith, because to other alternative is totally unacceptable. That means, "social
security" must begin to be fazed out entirely, with Central-Government beginning to remit confiscated earnings  [private
property] back to their owners.  Until that bit of Marxian ideology is at an end, and all the American Communists run for
cover, to wait for another opportunity to air their failed theories, and economic clap-trap, American's "independence" is
held hostage to Marxist ideology!

"THE WEAPONS-OF-MASS-DESTRUCTION" DILEMMA?
Have you ever wondered what idiot crafted this meaningless, generalized, nonsensical term?  It had to be a politician,
because their lexicon is full of such phrases!  But...there is a problem....Assuming everyone can conjure up in their own
minds what, exactly, that might be, Bush Jr.'s next newly-occupied Muslim country [Iraq} has produced exactly...nothing!  
Logic would dictate that Saddam would have used everything , he had in his arsenal, to repel the American mercenaries'
invasion, and he did!  Where are the doomsday weapons, all the drones of the Bush administration droned on about for
literally years?  Twice U.N. "inspectors" - at different times in a decade - turned up exactly...nothing!  A few rockets,
"regulations" were said to have been exceeded?  Some empty canisters that "may" have contained something, or other?
 Months, weeks, years of  "inspections"  and nothing?  Hmmmmm....

Could it be Saddam just wasn't that astute, or his "scientists" were too backward to actually develop anything that
remotely could be called [seriously] a "weapon of mass destruction?" Recall, Iran was beating the crap out of Iraq until
America's government gave Saddam food and weapons?   Given, that Iraq is a couple centuries ahead of Afghanistan in
civilization and literacy, it  remains a fourth-world country by any modern measurement.  What advancements that are
apparent, have been "imported" from European countries, and America.  Otherwise, "The Fertile Crescent"  adheres to
it's Babelonion cultures.  If the British hadn't discovered oil  under Iraq's desert wasteland,  Iraq would be tied with
Afghanistan as the most realistic eleventh-century country in the mid-East!

Feature this:  Bush Jr. wants to exercise his "New World Order" theme and build this sorry excuse for a nation into a
"democracy?"  How ludicrous!  Killing each other is a "national sport" in Iraq, just as in Afghanistan! Muslims, killing
Muslims!  And then the Kurds hate them all. Kurds, Shitites, Sunnies, all anxious to exercise their new-found "freedom"
to wreak havoc on each other!  And, most of the shooting has barely subsided, and they all now hate the American
invaders, calling them a Jewish/American "occupation force," attempting to impose Western politics on them?  When
their Eastern politics are centuries old and ingrained in their minds?  Then too, Bush Jr. never has fully come to grips
with the fact that the Muslim religion itself is totally incompatible with democratic philosophy, English common law and the
Capital Enterprise System. Co-existence is a virtual and real impossibility!  It simply cannot ever happen!  One could
sooner teach a fish to ride a bicycle!

The dilemma?  It can only get worse.  Already Bush Jr. wants to keep U.N. inspectors out of Iraq. [After insisting , for
years that they be allowed in that country]?  Why? You ask?  Could it be because they will validate that there are not
only none of the feared "weapons" at all, but  that they never existed in the first instance?  And, as an "independent"
source of information, it would make Bush Jr., the obsolete "Pentagon" and the feckless "State Department" bald-faced
liars!  Eviscerating the sole "reason" for the invasion!  A tad more than a simple embarrassment - the credibility of  
America's entire Central-Government would crash N' burn!   

Now, that calls for action!  What form would it take?  American mercenaries, already "in-country" could "salt" the
landscape with tell-tail "parts" of atomic bombs. Or "discover"  missile war-heads, suddenly filled with nasty substances?  
Or underground hideaways, which mysteriously produced "records" of weapon "production" contemplated in the future?  
Already, repeating mistakes in Afghanistan, the Pentagon has [wrongly] announced  "biological laboratories" being
uncovered, only to admit they were none of the kind?   In terms of believability and truthfulness, the Pentagon's record
of lying to the American people goes back even further than  the Viet Nam War, WW II and WWI!  In documented  
records!   Who could forget the infamous "Pentagon Papers?"

Sooooo.....what to do?  Bush Jr. could just tell Americans the truth, that he lied, and that he knew it was a lie from the
outset. Or,  he could "pull a Clinton" and try to finesse the word "is."  Either way, Jr. has a mess on his hands, politically,
financially and morally. And stupidly makes Osama Bin Laden's case, handsomely, that the nasty American government
is attempting to gain control over all Muslims and the countries they live in! Hardly a sane and logical way to reduce the
number of Muslim "Terrorists" who want to blow up America, piece-by-piece, is it?  After two invasions by Bush Jr. [ both,
unconstitutional] , do you really think Osama has any difficulty recruiting new Muslims for suicide missions in America?  
Hardly!

And, where are those "WMDs" we heard so much about???  Hmmm?

HELLO?  IS ANYBODY AWAKE OUT THERE?
Picture this: An individual becomes head of State by the narrowest of margins, proceeds to ignore constraints of the
Constitution, uses an army , he collects, and then asks Congress to fund.  Then, sets about as "commander and chief"
slaughtering innocents he doesn't personally like, even if it means citizens of  America!  Declaring private property
divested on his say-so, using only his role as "commander and chief" as his only "authority.? Without any "just
compensation" mentioned? The machinations of a dictator? Of course. America's first: Abe Lincoln. His "reason?"  
"Saving the Union."  How could he, since he destroyed the Constitution in the process?  Nothing was left!

Fast forward one hundred forty-three years, and what do we see occurring?  An individual becomes head of State by
the narrowest of margins, proceeds to ignore constraints of the Constitution, uses a ready-made army Congress
transformed into mercenaries [instead of dissolving  it after WWII, as it should have done] and goes about  slaughtering
innocents he doesn't personally like, even if it costs the lives of citizens of America!  And he divests them of their private
property to finance his military adventures. [By the billions of dollars!]  The machinations of a dictator?  Not quite
yet...but there's more...

Seizing upon a horrendous attack, by middle East Semitics, who hate Christians, this individual, takes advantage of the
moment  and "declares war" on a non-belligerent country, first bombing , then invading sovereign territory and -after the
fact- asks Congress to fund it.   Congress, corrupted by men who knowingly debase the Constitution by hanging on as
long as they manage to obtain re-election, skirts it's duty to formally declare war [knowing there is no basis for it, legal,
or moral]  and nevertheless funds this "presidential war" and keeps an army of mercenaries at the president's beck and
call.

Clearly, the role of "commander and chief"  is only honorary, unless there is an army to command. An army only
Congress can raise after declaring war on another nation. The Constitution was wisely fashioned so as not to permit a
"standing" army, but to allow continuous operation of a navy, which without an army,  could only operate in a defensive
mode, not an aggressive one.  As any land-operational army could. Defending the American continent's shores was
deemed to be the only  proper role for a paper-constructed central-government to perform in peacetime.

As mentioned above, there's more. The most-used "tool" in a dictator's "black-bag" is: public fear!  An alien
"boogy-man," or a perceived threat - real or imaginary- works well. Add a dollop of propaganda to enhance that fear,
and citizens, will allow themselves to be voluntarily enslaved!  It's been done countless times, so it's a fact, and it works!  
In America, it's been done again. Not satisfied  with noisome Constitutional "safeguards" from Central-Government
excesses and overreaching, this individual set about to remove most of them by legislation Congress agreed to, and
voila!  A national secret police apparatus was born! Under the sole control of one individual. Beginning to see what is
happening?  Just as, has been done many times, it's formation was "to protect" citizens from each other, by spying upon
everyone. Informants were encouraged.  Rewards were offered to neighbors spying upon neighbors.  The military was
entrusted to keep dossiers on citizens. Secret military tribunals were established for secret trials. Habeas corpus was
suspended. [ As Lincoln did]  All  put under the control of this individual. No appeals were allowed, except to him alone.
Still with me?  Good!

Emboldened by the "cooperation" he received from a Congress-of-self-serving boobs, and knowing that Americans
always support their men-in-arms, this individual pondered and dithered whether to "declare war" on his next sovereign
nation - even going so far as [unsuccessfully} seeking the U.N.'s approval. [ As H. Truman did in his "police action" in
Korea that remains at stale-mate after half a century! ]  In an impatient outburst, this individual  launched his second
"presidential war" while currently engaged in his first!  Now, with two simultaneous "wars" going on, against two Muslim,
non-belligerents, and a quarter million mercenaries engaged, the videos and propaganda are flying around as thick as
mosquitoes in Springtime!  Fabrications are piled atop lies, and lies are "explained" with more lies. No one seems to
care?  Except for the families, with loved ones in the military, this incredible vista, might as well be part of a grade "B"
movie, except that it's "in real-time!"

America's unique system of Constitutional government rests upon three cornerstones, no other country in the world
possess: A homogeneous society of white Protestant Christians; A fierce belief in the sanctity of life, individual freedoms
and everyone's responsibility for their  own  prosperity through initiative and hard work; and finally, Protestant Christian
morals, ethics and the value of  individual lives  and property. Even if other countries adopted America's Constitution,  
they would surely fail, because of the lack of one or more of these requisites that make America the most successful
Country in the history of the world!  Not perfect, but successful.

But, a dark cloud has descended over the land. in a few short years.  Hugh gobs of power have been usurped and
centralized under the control of one individual!  The trend is ongoing.  And the end won't be pretty. If you cannot guess
what it is, then, read a history book. It's an oft-repeated scenario.  Who'd have thought Americans would be faced with
such a threat, from within our borders?  It happened in 1860, so it's a forgone conclusion, it can happen again.

SADDAM HUSSEIN FOR "PRESIDENT?"
Stop a minute, and think about this!  Here is a man who has made fools out of three American Presidents!  A man who
has weathered selective and continued bombing , by American warplanes for eleven years!  A man who has managed to
create a private army and a large assortment of weapons, in the face of "inspections" and laments of the feckless "U.N."
and the most powerful country in the world [the U.S.]!   

Artful lying and deception are masterfully displayed!  Here is a man whose own country is divided into three pieces by
competing religious zealots, whose "diversity" threatens to tear his country apart at the seams, yet he manages to
maintain some semblance of order. Consider his predicament with a trade "ban" in effect for years, yet he can purchase
parts for rockets and bombs, and doesn't lack for "volunteers" to put them all together.

Then...look at what he has to compete against!  Bush jr., a sycophant , with Socialist, left-of-center leanings, who has no
conservative base, yet he woos the radical extremist left in America., who may approve of his sell-outs to
Marxist-Leninism, but wouldn't even consider voting for him. Then , there's pathetic mentally-challenged Al Gore!  A
walking joke!  And such luminaries as Chappaquiddick-Eddie, queer Barney Frank and wacko John McCain!

Some may fault Saddam's harshness and autocratic decision-making, but he gets results. Not so with Bush jr. and his
gaggle of warmed-over 60's generation "hawks" who see their fame and prestige tied to unending "Presidential Wars,
giving them free press coverage where they can look important, spend billions of dollars and claim to be "patriots" while
posting American mercenaries in more than one hundred alien countries around the world!  With no discernible
objective  disclosed or goal met.

With all the billions of dollars, millions of soldiers at American disposal, Saddam manages to bring them all to a
stalemate!  In his tiny little desert country full of backward towel-heads!  Now that's power and leadership!  Just what
America lacks and has lacked in it's recent string of presidents.

Vote for Saddam, and rid America - once and for all - of the whining, mewling, radical-leftist-extremists, who want to turn
America into a wimpy, Socialist welfare-wagon, where everybody works for the government and nobody owns anything,
in their Communist Utopia.

"Volunteer" for "National Service" or be conscripted?  Fascism, or Communism in
America?
Uh-huh. "Homeland Security" has become a tool for launching a sea change in America!  A once-free Country, with a
unique form of Constitutional government is rapidly being transformed into an autocratic  police-state!

Osama Bin Laden, must be extremely pleased with the results of  his 9/11 attack. How could he have predicted that: in
little more than a year, America's Central Government is claiming a "war" can be a major  justification for ignoring
Constitutional restraints, obligations and duties.

Ascending the office of "President" to the level of "Supreme Leader," who declares war, at will, decides which American
citizens are "terrorists," tries them in secret, and executes them, without an appeal. And who establishes a monstrous
national secret police force by combining  large numbers of Central-Government agencies into one hugh department of
"Homeland Security." which functions, under his  command, and at his sole discretion.

"National Service" is the next effort using  this "tool" wherein young Americans are urged to "volunteer" for Clinton's
Communist model , he called: AmeriCorps, or Bush Jr.'s USA Freedom Corps. All in the name of "homeland security?"  
F. Castro, Mao Tsung, Stalin, Hitler and it's originator: V. Lenin, all have initiated their "youth corps." All in the name of
"national service" to the Motherland, Fatherland, or Homeland!  Working for a central-government, and under it's
scrutiny, control and "education," young minds are "trained" to accept government mandates and orders , without
question.  Becoming the handiwork of propaganda, Lenin coined the word for: "Agitprop."  A Marxist's dream-come-true,
wherein a whole generation of Americans are "learning" the "benefits" of Socialism/Communism/Fascism, and whose
total individual profiles are complete and recorded in Central-Government's files - for future use.   Hitler's "SS" couldn't
have asked for better information.

"Komsomol" has come to America!  Now, both Lenin and Osama Bin Laden are Smiling. And every American Communist
is proud to have Bush Jr. as "their" president. Inasmuch as the Bush cabal now has a platform upon which to launch  
their "New World Order," we all laughed at, when Bush Sr. babbled about it in his strange, semi-coherent manner. And
"Central-Government-Education" is proceeding apace with expanded controls over local schools, throwing hugh gobs of
taxpayers' earnings at school boards, that is, provided they follow "rules" and "regulations" cobbled together by Socialist
bureaucrats in the "Education Department,"  a pink elephant, that should have been abolished, but instead has
flourished with larger grants, sponsored by none other that Bush Jr. himself!

Enter, "The Universal National Service Act of 2003.  The WWII generation know it as "the draft." Only this is with a
not-so-subtle twist: There is no war; no emergency, no basis for it other than the "tool" mentioned above, "Homeland
Security." So, one way or another America's youthful generation will be indoctrinated in the Socialist way of doing things,
either as a "volunteer" or as a conscripted  peon, serf, peasant or slave, as you choose. Waving the flag all the time,
just as all National Socialist Parties love to do! Unfortunately, that banner is flying over the discredited "Republican
Party" now, with an assist from Communists-in-Congress, like C. Rangel and E. Hollings. Yes, Dummycrats appreciate
autocratic government just as the "step-children,"  Central-Government created, the national unions , do as well.

See...the whole idea is to secularize the Protestant Christian population of Americans, thus turning them all into atheists,
which Communism requires in order to flourish. Central-Government becomes "god" and all look to it to provide them
with everything their prayers to it may ask for. Such as "universal health-care," cradle-to-grave welfare aid, and "public
education" according to Marx.   The pieces are beginning to fit in nicely as American Communists use the airwaves to
spread their "Agitprop," teachers, indoctrinate 4th graders  in Socialist "benefits," re-write American history, and shame
our unique Capital Enterprise System. "Greenies" either through ignorance or design, attack private industry claiming it
damages "the environment" with that Marxist legislation mandating "clean air, clean water and historical rivers"  And the
radical leftist extremists shut down thousands of previously productive private lands, claiming they are "wetlands" or
some insect, fish, fowl or plant is "an endangered species," without regard to destroying Americans' livelihoods, land
values or productive land-use.

Why?  Simple!  The more land Central-government reclaims control over - especially privately-owned land - the more
helpless Americans are to exercise their individual pursuits to enjoy life, liberty and happiness from generating value
from hard work. The more citizens -young and old- government controls, the more power it exercises over the entire
general population of Americans. Communists-in-Congress continue to try to disarm Americans, when, clearly
"gun-control" only controls law-abiding Americans, leaving criminals untouched! Why?  Unarmed citizens are easy to
control. Already, a clearly Marxist "tax-code" robs Americans of their work product, their savings and their investments!  
Confiscating worked-for earnings, so Central-Government bureaucrats can give it away to aliens, or  spend it on
themselves, either to solidify their re-election, or to add to their own pay-checks, retirement, and perks.

Truly, "Homeland Security" has quickly added  an element to Americans' lives that no one could have predicted. They
are neither "safer," nor "protected" by Central-Government. Instead, what has happened, is, they are rapidly becoming
property of the State!  Volunteering is one thing, but being conscripted for use by autocrats is quite another. The reins
of Central-Government control over Americans is beginning to tighten, and at some point will become intolerable.  
Making Osama Bin Laden a "friend" of Americans , whose common "enemy:" has turned out to be:  our own
government!  The Constitution was supposed to "protect" us from such a radical autocracy, and it would if it was
observed. However, all three branches - created by that "contract" - have chosen to ignore it, and the resulting chaos,
as Thomas Jefferson predicted, will have a solution. One we all want desperately to avoid.

AMERICANS UNDER OCCUPATION!
Picture alien troop-movements, rumbling through your own town or village, sheparded by foreign  mercenaries, armed to
the teeth, with loaded automatic weapons at the ready?  Military helicopters, buzzing your goat-herd?  And hand-picked
"leaders" sitting in a building, secretly mapping out your future with the "assistance" of aliens, who don't even ascribe to
the same religion that you do?  Would you be happy with the prospect that thousands of them will be "in country" for an
indefinite period?

Sure, these mercenaries "allow" you to keep an AK-47 in the house, and even allow one fully-loaded clip of ammunition!
[Something , politicians in their own country are trying to "ban!"].  But just try waving it in front of your house, and you
might as well get ready for a family funeral, after the hail of military bullets stop.

The aliens' propaganda mills are churning out "messages to the people" night and day, telling you how they are your
"friends" and only want to "help" you?  Of course the bombed-out houses in your village seem to contradict that line of
reasoning. And the regular house-to-house- searches for "insurgents" do upset the family dog and cat.  Soldiers,
pointing loaded weapons in your face, just don't seem very "friendly" to you at all!  And you are always stuck with trying
to calm your hysterical wife, after the soldiers leave!

You may be glad to be rid of a terrible man, who didn't follow your constitution.  The one you have had in place since
1925. But, you question why aliens, with their surrogates are secretly drawing up a "new" constitution. One you haven't
even seen, and may not  see for some time to come.  Assuming that you are in the population half that is literate. A
50-50 chance!

You are a member of the local militia, whose leaders are fanning out ...garnering support from ethnic groups, you hate,
but, due to  their perceiving the occupying foreign mercenaries as "the enemy," those ancient hatreds are -for the
moment, anyway - being put aside, as counter-insurgency measures are being drawn up with other groups.  And plans
to attack and drive these "infidels" from Iraq's borders are the first order of "business."  Why wouldn't they be?

It's taken a year or so, to get organized, and the initial invasion created much chaos, and wreaked havoc on the limited
4th-world utilities, available to you and your family under the prior regime. But organization is gaining ground, and there
are contacts outside Iraq's borders with sympathesizers, who are offering to send men and munitions, to assist your
efforts to free your country from these alien soldiers and their bureaucrats, who want to "democratize" you?  The British
unsuccessfully tried to do that the last century, during WWI, and it didn't work then , either.  You wound up with Saddam
Hussein!

Iraq is divided up into three parts, [much like Gaul was, in Roman times!] and these ethnic clans - who share a common
religion and hatred for "infidels," bitterly oppose being ordered about by someone of a different class!  Woudn't you?  
Pooy on "diversity" - heard so often by these alien politicians - who fail to understand simple facts of life: Some people
you like and there are some people you don't like! The reasons are immaterial, and attempting to quantify and
categorize things you cannot  legally hate into "laws" are patently absurd.  But, try to tell the aliens that!

You have heard of the "twenty-four-year" war, fought and lost in Viet-Nam by these alien mercenaries.  And how they
were finally driven from that country in disgrace. Now that seems a worthy goal - and a truly achievable one - to you and
your family and friends.  The trick is to engage force with un-relenting force, in small mobile groups, who "hit and run"
and create hugh losses in money , men and materials for the occupiers. The  alien people,  who are taxed to support
these  invaders, are going to rebel concerning the waste, and irrational "goal" being imposed upon Iraq by force of
arms. How do you know?  It's happened before. One cannot believe it will take twenty-four years, before this occurs, this
time.

In any event, no one can be happy when their own country is occupied by foreign troops, indefinitely.  Could you expect
for them to be?  Would you be?  For whatever the stated reason may be, no justification is possible. And to say that
such occupation is "helping" you be "free," insults the intelligence of the lead goat in your herd!

It is simply amazing,  the brazen hypocrisy and outright lies being bandied about concerning the 10-20 thousand
Mexicans in this Country, illegally.

The same tired mouthwash about them being "honest??" "hard working" " just wanting a better life" etc. begs the issue.  
They are not "immigrants," they  are criminals. Farmers and businessmen who hire them are conspirators to break the
law!
Each and every single one is a criminal, period!  Guilty of breaking federal law, period!  Hiding to escape punishment,
period!  Creating crises among border states and even in the North [Chicago]?  Disrupting whole communities .  Filling
jails, smuggling drugs, and committing street crimes.

Since Bush got his way with the weak-kneed "Republicans" and the "Patriot Act" continues to violate our Constitution, at
least warrantless searches, snooping, spying and "sneak and peak" agendas can now  be used to root out, identify, jail,
fine and deport every single Mexican criminal.

"Guest worker" is a joke!  A "guest" is invited; these criminals weren't!  Beltway idiots claim it's not "amnesty, but what
else is it,  to allow criminals to escape punishment, for breaking the law?  THEN REWARD THEM WITH CITIZENSHIP?
American citizenship is a precious commodity, yet Bush holds it out as a sort of prize ;  a coupon for good behavior,  for
Mexican criminals?  Giving out citizenship to criminals requires a "pardon" for their crimes - the definition of amnesty!

Protecting America's borders is a fundamental duty of central-government.  Ergo,  Mexican criminals must be rounded
up, all their ill-gotten wealth confiscated, and deported.  Nothing else with stop this travesty. Period!
